Do You Accept Returns Or Issue Refunds?

At this time, we only do exchanges. We are a new growing business and at this time cannot issue refunds or exchanges unless we are at fault. These instances include: defective item, damaged item (holes, tears, rips, broken snap etc.)

Do You Have Sizing Info?

100% pre-shrunk cotton. Sturdy 6.1oz. Double-needle stitching for durability.

Which Payment Methods Do You Use?

At this time we offer multiple payment options. If you are not able to use any of the methods listed, you can very easily create a PayPal account for free. PayPal is one of the safest payment methods on the web, and should you have any issues with your transaction, they can act as a middleman with settling your purchase. 

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Please Allow 2-7 Business Days For All Domestic Orders. Please Allow 7-10 Business Days For All International Orders.

USA Customers can get flat shipping rate of $7.00. Canada shipping is $9.00, and Europe/any other countries are $10.00. Please refrain from asking shipping related questions on our social media pages. These will be deleted. Direct any questions about your order or shipping to flyingpacks@gmail.com.

How Can I Track My Order?

All shipments will be shipped through USPS. After your order is confirmed and packaged, we will send an invoice with a tracking number to the email provided.
